Rumor Control: Is the UN Small Arms Treaty a Threat to The United States 2nd Amendment Rights?



This picture brought a though to mind.

This picture represents hatered toward our/a constitutional right. Why is this allowed?

What if I made a metal statue of putting women down, or putting voters down? how well would that go over?

Further, in the 1957 landmark case Reid v. Covert, the United States Supreme Court ruled that the United States cannot enter into a treaty that violates the Constitution.

Like the statue of Lewis, Clark, and Sacagawea in Charlottesville, Virginia that some feel denigrate both women and Native Americans?

Is only politically correct art to be allowed? Only art that absolutely nobody finds "offensive" or finds the message disagreeable?

"Why is this allowed?" Because we have something called the First Amendment that allows such things. Even things that ruffle feathers.

The Constitution (and the Reid decision) clarify the matter well. The Scary Blue Helmets aren't coming for our guns any time soon.
