Needing a clip for 1969 Dal Romania .22

Hey everybody,

So my buddy at work has a .22 he is looking for a magazine for the rifle here is the info he wrote down for me I have never heard of this before. Could someone please tell me where to find clip.

1696 22 Dal Romania

CA St A LB. VT.

IM C2
1989

L-8194

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"...CA St A LB. VT..." Hi. All that is the import stamp of Century Arms when they were in St. Albans, VT. The 1696 is the model name/number. AKA M-69.
Gunparts(Numrich) lists a bunch of parts, but they're sold out of the 5 round mag it came with. Naturally.

Bob's Gun Shop lists a mag for a Romanian Training rifle. $30 each though. Listed under Magazines L through Z. It'd be worth a phone call.

not sure what it looks like yet my buddy just gave me the numbers off of it he doesn't do computers LOL I take picture with me tonight and see. Thanks for the info

At least you'll know what to look for. $30 is a lot of money for a 5 round mag that fits a rifle worth less than $100 though.
