Where to buy barreled actions
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm wanting to do another Rifle project. My last one turned out great, .25-06 on a 1923 FN 98 Mauser action. But I dont have a full machine shop available this time so I thought I'd start with a little short cut and get a barreled action in .358 and then I'd cut the chamber for .35 Whelen. A few years ago Barreled actions could be found all over the place, but now? Where should I start looking?

The prices on that "RR guns" site are ridiculous, unless they're completely redone and trued...
You can buy an entire rifle for their "action" price... The M96 is a small ring Mauser... |
