I have a Form 3 and a Form 4 pending. Anyone have Jason Frushour's home address? I need to mail him a few cases of beer.

If a gun is transferring from Pennsylvania to Texas, who does the work? PA or TX examiner?

My understanding is that it would be Texas as that is the new location on the form submitted. Once approved the PA address is obsolete.
