TFO Sights On an XDM

I've go an XDM 3.8 and was thinking about buying some fiber optic sights. I was was wondering how hard is it and what kind of tools would it take to change out the sights on this gun. Also what sights would you recommend as I have not settled on anyone just yet. I have little experience with gun repair...

Getting the factory sights (especially the rear) off is the biggest problem. A big padded vice, a Nylon drift and a 16 oz hammer make it much easier.

Installing the new TFOs isn't hard. You want to go easy with the hammer when you're tapping them into the dovetails. Use a plastic mallet.
