Cor Bon Training Academy

I've been looking at the web site for CLETC in Sturgis, SD. Has anyone done any training with them? Its a fairly new operation started by the owners of Cor Bon ammunition. I expect it would not be a "life changing expirience" like many say about Thunder Ranch or Gunsite, but its affordable and a half days drive. I still want to save for a Gunsite visit, but nearly all professional training is helpful so I'm wondering if a trip or two up to Sturgis would be benifiical. I have trained with DTI (John Farnam) and a couple local trainers and I shoot IDPA and defensive pistol so I have good skills, but I want to be better. Any input?

Cor Bon Training Academy

If it's that close, you ought to just go to an appropriate class and check it out . . . then you can tell the rest of us how it was

I was just talking to Peter Pi, the President of COR-BON today at the SHOTShow. Discussed his school, and it appearls he will be offering quality trainnig at a reasonable price. No reason not to participate, as far as I know.

The Corbon people are very serious about making top quality ammo so I would assume that would carry over to training .
