7mm can?

Do any manufacturers make a supressor for 7mm/.284?

I realize that a .308 can would work, but would not be as effective....

There are a few that will do a one-off for you for an additional fee but I can't think of anyone that makes a 7mm can.

Have you tried a 7.62 can? I'll bet it will work better than you think.
