NRA at it again
Looks like the NRA have change the method of scoring high power again for 2012.
http://www.nrahq.org/compete/rules/rul_hpr_12.pdf I haven't quite got use to the last change yet. It's gonna slow down the pit service until everyone gets use to it. I'd like to see them go back to the paddles they used when I first started shooting.

Follow up
I just checked with Orest, COO of the Civilian Marksmanship Program. Apparently they just found out about the rule change also, and will be mulling it over to see if they are going to change for the CMP Matches.

I believe you are correct about slow pit service. I don't know what was wrong with the old system. Maybe change for the sake of change. I'll admit paddles were fun.
