What are they, cast lead? This would be helpful to know.

SWC kind of implies a cast bullet; I'm guessing they are worth about 8¢ to 10¢ apiece. Maybe more if they are something special like gas-checked or zinc-plated. Maybe a little less, depending on the condition. It would help if you could take a picture...

How hard are they to scratch with your fingernail?

BTW, I'm not interested in buying, just tryin' to help.

NBC was a long time, highly respected cast bullet maker that advertised in many magazines and did a decent mail order business.

UNTIL... something went to hell and they started screwing people left & right until folks had to contact the authorities about being blatantly ripped off by them.

Still confused as to how a long time successful business ends in that manner. I wonder if the head guy passed away and the successors were chumps or something?

Here's the photo Dieby sent to me. I'm not gonna host it forever, but I can leave it here for a few days.

They might be for .45 ACP instead of .45 Colt... Yeah, they probably are; I don't see a crimp groove.

Thanks for posting the pic for me. I am not sure how long ago NBC crashed I got the bullets from my grandpa he has been reloading for 40 plus years and decided to quit. I would say they were for the 45acp.
