Help me identify this savage rifle!!
At my local sporting goods store, the have a savage rifle. The tag is labeled "Savage 10 FCP .308". It's has a digital camo stock, accutrigger, two front sling studs, and comes with two scope mounts. It's 699.99. What model is this exactly, as I know there are a lot of variations of the 10 series. Is 699.99 a good deal? What do you think?

If it has a 20" heavy barrel, its a Precision Carbine. Got one and love it. Its the perfect small Tree Stand in confined places gun. That little gun will shoot too, .5 MOA or better on average.

It has a 20" barrel, but it's fluted. It looks like an incredible rifle for the price.

That's about what I paid for my PC. Mine seems to get better the more I shoot it. Popped two deer with it last night in fact.

Dang, mine has a smooth barrel, the fluted one has to look cool. That short pipe looks like a broom handle on it. But dang its manueverable in tight confines.
