03a3 rear sight yoke screw problem

The tip of the darn screw is bent and the knob doesn't lock in place fully. Result is wavy windage.
Does anyone have a good method for straightening this soft screw or a good source for a new on> BillRicca has none, and I hear Numrich is not a good source. Anyone have an extra one to part with??
