it's the running after that gets you in trouble. This guy fell for my guide's "cow in heat" call, arriving at a brisk speed "visibly excited", and with utter disregard for the two guys staring in the opposite direction. We were actually at the forest edge staking out a large meadow when he came from behind us.

The bullet hit him in the chest and was recovered under the skin of his hind quarter, he fell on the spot.

AZ, the hunt was actually in mid-October, but there was a mix-up with the pictures in the mail

. What is just as well as they got two feet of snow up there a week after the picture was taken.
