Info on 3 rounds of 38/357

I picked up a bunch of ammo in a trade and found these while sorting. Was wondering if anyone could give me any details about them. The silver tipped one almost seems like the bullet is aluminum or aluminum jacketed as I can't scratch it with my fingernail. The other two caught my eye because of the stub in the center. Just curious.

Left headstamp is Winchester 38 SPL+P
Center headstamp is Federal 38 SPL+P
Right headstamp is Federal 357 Magnum

Everything is non magnetic.

They could be reloads, a lot of the stuff I obtained is, which I will post other questions about soon. Thanks!

Winchester Silvertip , the low pressure rounds like 38 Special , .380 and .45 ACP (and others) used aluminum jackets. Magnum rounds used a nickeled copper jacket.

The other two are Federal Hydra-Shoks.
