Big bucks in most places don't act like that. Infrared flashes and now "low glow" or "black" infrared are there for a reason. They're not gimmicks. If your deer aren't bothered by normal flashes, that's great for you. You get to buy the less expensive cameras. Most people are not going to have that experience. Normal infrared won't bother most deer, normal camera flashes will bother them more than not, especially if your taking pictures away from "human things". Near feeders or structures is different, they learn to somewhat expect human things happening.

More deer not spooked by flash

Here is another series of pictures of deer that weren't spooked by the flash. These seven pictures represent 21 flashes of the camera in a 13 minute period.

I had to delete one picture because I could only load six at one time. There was an additional picture of the buck at 5:25.

I own a Moultrie, Stealthcam, Wildview and two Primos cams. The Primos cams are great on batteries and take real good pictures. $79 at bass pro I like the Primos cam the best.

Moultrie would be my second choice, good pics and good battery life. Wildview eats C batteries in about 3 weeks for me and the trigger is slow.
