Tough tactical home defense question
So I live in Baltimore, and many times wonder why. Break ins while people are home are common, but this is just too much, and presents a tough tactical situation, becuase who knows if it is real cops:
Third home invasion by police impostors. I guess, you try to hold your ground, and call the police. I had the shotgun by the bed last night, and my wife did not like that. |

No problem shooting at an intruder, but when they yell they are cops that might give anyone pause. This may be the criminals tactic to avoid getting shot. Maybe someone does break in the door, but gets spooked and leaves. Then the real cops show up.
After thought guess I have to yell that I am calling police to confirm. |
