savage target action

I have been looking for a savage target action standard bolt face, I havnt been able to find one, but i have found a Savage target action with a .223 bolt face. Is this the only difference between the two is the bolt face?

Northland Shooters Supply has a few in stock as of May of this year. He updates his list as they sell out. So I'd give him a try if you are looking for this action.
