Pronghorn ElkDeerMooseAlopeGator Lion.

Or...
It's a toss-up.
Muzzle loader deer is a fantastic hunt here. The fun, challenge, and good weather are an even bigger factor than actually filling a tag. And... good areas are close by.

Elk hunting is a lot of fun, and has a big payoff - but the weather is horrible, hunt success rate is very low, and it's a bigger time investment.

Antelope hunting is hell for me. The hay fever makes me look, sound, and feel like some one going into anaphylactic shock from a bee sting allergy. But the success rate is 90%+, it's good meat, there is plenty of opportunity for multiple tags, and there's nothing quite like a good stalk on the fastest animal in North America (and the fastest long-distance runner in the world).

I think Antelope would win out, but it would be a tough call.

I don't know if I could choose between Pronghorn Antelope or Elk, i like hunting mule deer too but, I guess if push came to shove it would be the speed goats.

Toss up between coon or sqabbit. Gun deer season is too short where as I can hunt coon November, December and January with unlimited bag limits and add a couple more months and virtual unlimited bag limits if I choose sqabbit.

Sqabbit it is!

Polaticians?

I'd have to agree with cow, more meat per round although I sure would miss bacon.

Dirty, dirty animals, nearly always fed an improper diet.

Bison are the answer to your "beef" eating needs!

Well in that case, are we allowed to travel or restricted to what is in our own area?

Whitetail since I can hunt them without much travel involved.

so is this one animal for your life or like one a year???

If their was one animal we could hunt every year like a normal season i would say elk hands down. If their was only one animal we could hunt for life, i would say a polar bear hunt would be in order.......

If I was limited to hunting one animal, given my present location, it would be deer.

I'd much prefer to hunt an Elknbearanantelbou.

I will be honest with you. I am having enough trouble with the one animal I am trying to hunt that apparently has stealth technology - feral hog. To add another would just confuse me.
