Alternative Cartridge

I know I'm full of questions and keep asking similar ones, but is their any alternative to buying the 338-378 Weatherby brass and turning the belt off on a lathe? I'm basically looking at the 338 Kahn without the belt and a shorter neck. .416 Rigby brass is much cheaper but has about 20,000 less psi.

Brass does not have psi. If 416 Rigby brass is the proper brass to use, use it. The brass is just a seal, not a pressure vessel.

Probably the best straight forward advice anyone has give me yet. Thanks for the input. I was just curious as to the 338 378 case strength vs the 416. But that answered my question.
