Ruger Mark III Sights Tapered Barrel

I own a Ruger Mark III Standard fixed sghts 6" Tapered barrel . I am an older shooter and need the use of marked sights . Is it possable to change rear and front sights with aftermarket marked or fiber optic sights . Again it is the Luger style Ruger with the pencil barrel and fixed sights Thank You For Any Help.

Look into Hi-Viz or Tru-Glo, to confirm they sell the rear sight as well as the front. I have two sets but mine are used on the bull barrels .....

I think I woiuld do a bit of searching, in Midway !! .

Thank you I have tried all those venders I am going nuts trying to find a single rear sights with marks .
