M1A receiver ?

Are all Springfield receivers USGI spec? Im asking because I was going to order a Sadlak scope mount and, to save some time, I need to know if it should be sent to Sadlak or a local gunsmith for installation. I'm the second owner of this rifle and dont know when it was built. I have heard some newer M1As from SA are not USGI spec. This appears to be an older one, still in great shape just some honest wear. Thank you

They come pretty close dimensionally in most areas, but the scope mount
area is sometimes not close enough... no, they are not USGI spec.

Sadlak offers a do it yourself installation and alignment kit, but I have no experience with it.
