I have done a lot of experimentation with different powders and 90 gr, 115 gr, 124 gr, 147 gr, and 158 gr.
The most power I can get out of 380, 9x19, and 9x23 is with 158 gr and Power Pistol. Unfortunately, those loads make so much recoil that the are not useful for much. |

I use Remington 124 grain JHP in one gun and 115 grain FMJ is a different gun. It is going to be what the gun likes best. I would start with whatever weight bullet you currently are using in your commercial ammo, since it must be working for you or you would't be using it.
