WIN MOD 70 Magazine Spring

I've looked & looked for a place that sells a Winchester Model 70 30.06 magazine spring & I can't find a single place. I didn't know where else to turn to except here. Below I will describe my problem & see if the magazine spring is the actual problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have Winchester Model 70 Westener in 30.06. The problem is that last round in the magazine just pops up & out of the magazine well...off of the follower. It comes off as I put forward pressure on the rim of the round as soon as I begin pushing the bolt forward.

A person on this site said that it could be either the magazine spring or the feed rails. See just as long as there is a round ungerneath the round that is currently being chambered all is good, but on the last round it just pops out & on top of the magazine well & can't be chambered.
