Glock...sights for competition?

The gun store put on a set of Meprolight Tru Dots on my G21 to sweeten the sale. I really don't like them as it is quite difficult to acquire the front sight then line it up with the narrow notch in the back.

For you guys that frequent IDPA style matches, which sights work the best? I'm not too keen on the Big Dot sight BTW.

actual

I went through eight sight sets on my M20 (back in the day) trying to find some that worked for ME.

Suggest a bright front (Dawson fiber-optic w/green rod) with a wide-notch rear.
