Smith and Wesson Model 19 4" Nickel Value

I have a chance to buy a Smith and Wesson model 19-3 4" Nickel, with target trigger, hammer, and sites. This gun is in very good shape. The guy wants $500 for it. This includes the shipping. Is it worth it?

Nice and clean with no nickel flaking, original grips.Thats a reasonable price not a screaming deal but that seems to be about what there going for these days. All of the S&W 19's have steadily gone up the past year or so.

Locally, that is what a 4" 19-3, nickel, in good condition brings. Buy it, you will be glad you did! Regards 18DAI.

That's about what I paid for the one I've got.

There was a 19-3, 4", in nickle, at my favorite shop not long ago. They had a price tag on it of $729.00 . I don't know what they got for it, but it's gone now.

That seems a little high for this area. But that is a really, really nice gun that will likely not be produced again. If you can afford it I would grab it before it's gone.

Nickel demands a premium up here ...so its a very good deal / depending on condition of course ...

But I see model 19's / 4" / in Nickel easily going between $ 500 and $750 around here ..depending on condition.

Well they don't make the M-19 any longer, so the supply is becoming limited and the demand is rising, so get it if you can!

Model 19-3 4" Nickel

I bought the model 19, and it is a very nice gun. I think I got a great deal on this gun. It is just about perfect. You don't come across these that nice very often. I now have a model 19-3 nickel, and a model 19-4 blue. Both are very nice guns.
