question about an Egyptian Maadi MISR-10

hey guys a buddy of mine has an Egyptian Maadi that i believe is a MISR-10.. has the single stack 10 round mags with it.. anyways he's wanting to sell it off and I can always use another AK.. question is what's a good price to give him for it? I know these are not the more preferred of the Maadi's but is there a reason other than the 10 round mags? basically lookin for a beat around gun

.. and to help out a friend.. thanks guys! I'll post pics of it tonight or tomorrow when I get a chance it.. pretty sure it's a Century Arms International import..
