According to Wiki, Ducks Unlimited was founded in 1938, so a 50 year anniversary would put it around 1988.

It is only worth what someone might be willing to pay. That being said, I have seen some members (my brother included) pay outrageous prices for stuff related to the organization and duck hunting in general.

Maybe you could find a local chapter of DU and see if any members would be interested in buying the box, or be able to give you the value of it.

I've got a number of cases of these as well. I certainly have no use for them as I don't duck hunt.
Is it alright if I post here, schlegelkid24? I don't want to jack your thread.

Asking what something is worth is fine and we see it all the time. Even extended discussion on the value of an item is fine here. But once you state your intention to sell, you need to take it to PM or one of the Buy, Sell & Trade forums.

These forums are for discussion and the Gun Show was set aside for selling, buying and trading. Take the commerce there.

What's weird about it?

What does, "even if i say i want to sell them" mean?

I said, "... once you state your intention to sell, you need to take it to PM or one of the Buy, Sell & Trade forums."

You have stated your intention to sell. Any further discussion about conditions of the sale should not be in one of these discussion forums, but in the forums set up for selling & buying.

You think that's weird?

Bud has the right idea. See what they will bring in the for sale section of the forum.

Maybe the brass shells might be worth more to a reloader than a collector.

Looks like you already have enough information to have set your price a few minutes before posting here.

You might be able to do a raflle at your local gun club. Sell 50 tickets for $2.00 a piece . I bet you would sell all of them. You would make a bill off of them . Someone would be getting them for $4.00-$6.00 and that would be a steal, not to mention you would make some coin.

That sounds like a clever idea.
