You mean the Edit posted 1/2 hour after my question?

And $1095 is a bit high for a used DPMS---even with the couple extras added on.

The price is less than it would have cost you to buy it new and put on the mods.

AR prices seem to be all over the place depending on where you are at across the country.
Here in MI they seem to be around the $675- 800 range. The $1k+ AR's are usually really tricked out.

NIB AP4's go for $850 all day long here----figuring used at 80%=$680---even paying full retail for the forearm and flip-up------not so much.

Little on the expensive side. But no worries, a gun will only increase in value.

I must admit I am not familiar with the MD AR-15 market, but around here, that's way overpriced. The YHM handguard isn't bad, but it isn't hot enough to justify that price tag, especially used.

If things in your state are just abnormally expensive, that obviously changes things a bit.

Double check your gas key staking and it might not hurt to have a spare bolt on hand, but otherwise it should run fine.

That's a little high, however, as people will point out, guns and especially assault rifles will more than likely GO UP in value.

NOW JUST SOME FFT Food For Thought:
If you are looking for another great assault rifle I would say go with the AK47 if you don't already have one. The WASR 10 ak47 is GREAT for the price, and a solid, Romanian made, almost sure fire gun. Sure, the AK47 lacks the speed of an Ar15 designed gun, but has a lot more reliability and toughness.

That's a little high. I'm only asking 1500 for my DPMS AR-10 Magpul stock JP trigger, gas block, quad rail, 8 magazines with magpul bottoms, PWS brake, and surefire flashlight no optics. Sale pending at the moment.

Might be a little high... but then you are in Maryland...

what kind of barrel is on it?

I think if you are happy and it shoots half way decent you did okay.

Biggest problem I have with most of these AR's is the triggers are pretty bad for any type of target shooting... but then that's not what they are designed for.

He's already bought it, enjoy the rifle if it is lightly used it will last a lifetime. If you bought it, you must have thought it was worth it..
