Browning buttpad removal

I have a browning bps 10 gauge that I would like to take the stock off of. The recoil pad has no holes to get the screws out. Any help?

I bet if you take a little spray cleaner and clean the pad good and then look where you think the holes ought to be you will see a tiny slit just big enough for a round screwdriver to fit threw. The slits are made with a razor knife.

Squeeze the sides of the pad together and the slits will raise up.

And lube the blade of the screwdriver before you put it into the holes to loosen the screws.
