SAVAGE 1917 w/PEARL grips
Just came into posession of a model 1917 380. I know the pearl grips was a factory option in some late model 1907's & also an option in all production years of 1917's. How can I determine if this set of grips is original or not?
THANKS |

Savage Pearl Grips
There were three variations of the Savage Arms pearl grips;
Early Variation: Snap-on with a Savage Arms logo 2nd Variation: Screw-on with an Indian head 3rd Variation: Flared 1917 version with no logo. Grips alone are worth anywhere from $250 to $1000 according to the latest Blue Book of Gun Values. |
