I've always had good dealings with Springfield Sporters.

Numrich has them, evil bay has them listed all the time. Good to have a spare extractor and spring/screw, that and a broken shell extractor well fit in a oil bottle and store in the butt of the rifle.

The extractor can be converted to use a coil spring and some were sold a while back. I have not seen them around for a while, but it is easy to drill a hole and convert one.
