Advice on selling holsters online

Hi all. I am looking to sell a couple of quality holsters online but have no experience with this, so was hoping for some advice. I'm selling my Walther PPS 9mm and have a like new /hardly used Kramer MSP horsehide paddle holster and a Crossbreed Supertuck for it that I want to sell. The Kramer especially is a really nice holster and is in new condition, I've probably only worn it for a total of something like 10 hours.

How does it work when selling on a forum - does one expect to receive payment before shipping the item? I'm experienced with firearms but am kind of a newb when it comes to this sort of stuff, so any advice is appreciated!

Include a picture along with your description & the state you're selling from in the title. Don't mail anything off until you've received payment.
