For anyone in the Sacramento, CA area, the guy who runs it (Rob) is a fantastic FFL if you need a transfer done. He also has all the stuff needed to make an AR build California legal (bullet button, off-list lower receivers, limited-capacity magazines), and I've had nothing but good experiences with him so far.
