converting a shot gun into a muzzleloader
is it possible to convert a stoeger uplander into a .50 cal double barrel muzzeloader? if so, how, and who can help me?

Even if you could, getting two side by side rifle barrels to shoot to the same place, more or less, is not easy and expensive. I am not sure at all how to convert a breachloading side by side shotgun into a ML anything.

you'd need a barrel insert and thread the chamber for a breach plug and add a nipple for caps

I suspect that the conversion would cost you more than what you could get a .50 cal. muzzle loader for.
