Hey, that is my cousin in law twice removed etc etc.
He is in Toledo. Olde English is North of Dayton, although I am not positive they have an NFA license. If they are and you are close to Dayton you should look them up. Peabody's tactical is South and I know they have an NFA license for sure. I have been in their shop to inquire about suppressors and they were very helpful, although busy. If you give us a city someone can probably make a suggestion. You have to find a dealer who is a distributor for what you want and then just go and tell them you want to buy one and they will walk you through the process.

Of course, you could just donate to the Second Amendment Foundation I was feeling pretty good, then I looked around and realized I am not swimming or on fire. Tell us where you are in Ohio and we can help you find a NFA dealer.
