Chinese C More Sights

Has anyone bought the C More from China? On ebay you will find a copy of the C More, it says C More right on the sight, just like the one I paid big bucks for. They are offered by some unknown company in China. Are they crap? Are they the same sight?

Like their bridges and school buildings. I'm skeptical of anything that comes out of the Workers' Paradise.
