Who hunt s with stock Swedish M96 mausers ?

I ve read many in the gun forums swear by the 6.5 Swedish cartridge. Anyone here usng the good ole M 96 mauser hunting deer and old sorts of game ? What really shines on this cartriidge when you have more powerful rounds such as the venerable .270 and .30 06 ?

Less recoil than either .270 or .30-06. Ballistics close to a .260 Rem. Only downside here in the states is rather limited ammo availability.
