Flash hole deburring - 20 cal ?
I've got all this new .204 Rem brass and an RCBS Trim Mate. Reviews on RCBS' flash hole deburring rod suggest it's not much of a value.
The Lyman and Possum Hollow universal hand tools only work down to .22 cal. Anyone have any ideas? Thx Mike |

Go to the hardware store and find wire gauge drill bits. You get exactly what you need.

Do buy the deburring tool from Sinclair.
Don't buy the piece of junk deburring tool from RCBS. I have had them both. The RCBS tool is merely a steel rod with a point on the end; no cutter whatsoever. How they can sell this as a cutting tool is beyond me. I bought one and immediately took it back. Go with the Sinclair tool. You won't be sorry. I, like you, have the RCBS Case Prep Station. I need to come up with some way to install my Sinclair flash hole tool on it, but haven't fooled with it much. For now I just chuck the Sinclair tool up in my Dewalt drill and go to town on cases. Works great. B.T.W., I have the Sinclair Gen II Universal Flash Hole Deburring Tool. I'm not sure if it will work on your smaller cases though. |

Thanks for the replies. I've bookmarked the Sinclair tool.
