He is yet another in a long line of liars. Says he wants the rifle, asks for additional pics, wastes plenty of time. This is one newbie whose word I would take with a grain of salt.

If there never was and actual agreement on a sale, then negative feedback isn't warranted. The buyer has the right to kick the tires and test drive without any obligation.
Unless it's a deal that went sour, this one's closed.

After discussion with senior Staff, this one is being reopened and modified rules are going to be in effect for the Feedback forum.
