Schuster Gas Plug 2 or 4 Port Version?

I am trying to decide which version of the Schuster Gas Plug to get for my Garand. Any advice?

Here are the links to the two types:

2 Port:

4 Port:

The 2 port version is referenced as "WWII-styled". The 4 port is on sale.

The "two port" appears to be made from an early style gas plug that was issued during WWII. The original plug was solid and could not be used for grenade lauchers.

The "four port" plug has same appearance as the newer plugs made for use w/grenade lauchers, having the valve that opened when launcher was installed, venting gas into the launcher. I suspect they have machined a vent valve in the old style & they both work equally as well as far as adjusting port pressure and that the only difference is in appearance.
