NFA SBR reg for existing rifle question
quick question, if im buying an XCR rifle from the factory with a 16" barrel then later on down the road i want the 12" factory barrel will i be able to hold on to the gun while the NFA reg process is taking place?? thanks for any info/help.

Yes. You file the Form 1, when it's approved, THEN you make it into a SBR. You ask permission first, then do it when you get permission.

Is there anything more ridiculous than the short barrel rifle/shotgun rules? If there is, I'm hard-pressed to think of it.
