Need parts source....
I purchased a barely used Savage 110 in 270 recently with a Simmons 8Point scope on it. Looks like a fine scope, but it is missing the rubber ring around the eyepiece. Does anyone know of a source for parts? I called the number, ended up being Bushnell's in Lenexa, KS but they said they don't carry spare parts for them. My only option was to send it to them, and if it was determined to be a manufacturer's defect, they would send me a new one.
Too much trouble for a $50 scope, but I would pay a buck or two for a new rubber eyepiece. Thanks for any constructive input. I DO know it is a cheap scope not worth messing with, but I'm going to do it anyway ![]() Nunya |

I have this on a couple of scopes that lost their rubber rings. It is available from:
http://www.quakeinc.com/optic7.html and http://www.natchezss.com/product.cfm...0013&src=tpCtg |
