Monthly photo contest
A question about posting a photo for the contest:
I read the FAQ and it describes two ways to add a picture to your posting:
As an attachment, or as a URL from another source. As an attachment seems to be the easist, most direct method. I currently don't subscribe to one of the photo storage services where I could upload a picture to their server and then link it to a posting here.
I also read the rules for submitting photos for the contest and it says there is a problem with adding your image as an attachment vs. 'in line' I'm not quite clear what the issue was with attaching, and I'm not quite clear what 'in line' refers to.
Can someone clarify for me how the images are uploaded in the monthly photo postings?

1. Post with the attachment
2. View the thread and click on the attachment
3. Copy the url of the attachment.
4. Edit the thread and use the [img] ... [/ img] tags around the copied url
5. Save out of the edited thread and the pic should be viewable
