How To Remove SKS Barrel?
I would like to remove barrel for the smith work, anybody have good advice?

It depends on the make. Most of them are threaded and can be removed simply (not the same as easily) with a barrel wrench and reciever vise.
Chinese commercial varients are pinned and pressed like an AK 47 and you'll need a hydraulic press. I saw some barrelled Yugo actions pretty cheap online, they probably have very corroded barrels and gas systems, they'd be ideal to practice on. |
