? replacing front sight CZ75BD
I am going to try to replace the front sight on my CZ75BD, with the dovetail that looks like a pinned front sight.
Any advice on how to remove this pin and the factory sight. If I need to drill the new sight, what is the bit size? Thanks, Shootsafe |

If it looks like this one, use a pin punch that'll just fit the hole, drive the roll pin almost all the way out (far enough to release the sight) and swap sights. If you're real lucky, the hole in the sight will line up with the hole in the slide.
Tap the roll pin back in and you're all set. Assuming the new sight is the right height, of course!

Thank you
So, you think the front sight will already be drilled?
I am going to install the TTF Series from Precision Sales International TTF86CZ. Thanks, Shootsafe |

Japle, if that CZ is yours, where did you find or what did yo have done to your trigger?
I have been trying to find something that will shorten the pull a bit as the reach is a tad too long for me to have a proper grip and fire the gun fully decocked in DA mode. At half-cock it is better, and, of course, fully cocked in SA mode I have no problems with reach. I guess I should ask, does that trigger actually shorten the length of pull? |
