HKS v/s Uplula Mag Loaders
After using a friends Uplula at the range a few weeks ago, I went out & bought one. It's no comparison to the HKS speedloaders. Best pistol accessory I've bought lately. Check out youtube for vids of it in action.

The Uplula is one of those rare products that actually delivers what it promises. With a little practice you can load mags as fast as you can pick up the ammo.
Everyone that sees us use ours at the range swears they are going to order one as soon as they get home.

I just got one too. Fits my Glock mags perfectly and works like a dream.

Hehe, I've got one too
Bought one for my Kimber to test it out and man, lemme tell you. It's nice to have at the range if you plan on loading 8 round mags about 40 times.

I also have one and works well for my 40cal mags but for the smae witness 9mm mags they ain't worrth useing . Take up to much space and are just to big. Might try just a simple push down type .

Witness is one brand that's not listed as being compatible. It does work fine with an M+P 9 Compact. |

I just got one to load 7-shot 1911 mags, and it handles that job very well. But it won't load the 17th/last round in my Ruger SR9 mags for anything. Possibly because the SR9 mags are fairly new and still stiff, but the basic, Ruger-supplied loader loads the last round as easily as the first.
The small instruction sheet that comes with the UpLULA says it may not load the last round in some mags, and they are right. |
