need help with a winchester 1400

my 1400 sends both shells out of the tube onto the ramp after the first shot. any idea whats causing this?

I would like to help but I have only owned one 1400 and it left the farm almost as fast as it got here. Being that Browning now owns Winchester, you might try going to Brownings site and getting the phone number for Arnold Missouri. They may or maynot be of assistance but it is worth a try.

When this happened to me, it was the magazine spring. Another part to look at is the shell latch.
