COLUMBIA No2 12 guage lever load

Anyone ever hear of a 12 gauge shotgun that looks ancient and is single shot,
it has a lever that exposes the breech to load a shell. It has to be cocked to fire. Looks like it has a stainless or nickel barrel. Nothing else is on it. I wish I knew what I was given.

Sounds like a "line throwing gun" to me.

It almost sounds like a Greener Shotgun, but IIRC they don't have an external hammer.

Does it look like this at all?
