Id of ww2 steel suitcase..
![]() ![]() ![]() It has no stamps/markings of any kind.. Perhaps it is German ?

Have you tried the war relics forum? http://warrelics.eu/forum/ They have some sharp eyed collectors that have seen plenty of non firearms related items over there. With no markings, you certainly have a challenge. How did you make an association to WW2 or military usage?

Because of the green military type of paint, and the wooden handle.
I found it when i used to live at my parents farm, and my grandad had colleted quite a bit from WW2.

It is possible that it is a trasport case for stickgrenades, or a Luftdichter Patronenkasten d. 3.7cm Flak 18
