I want to start reloadin 7.62X54R

im a total newb with reloading ...i really want to get a kit to reload ammo for my mosin nagant....can anyone tell me how to start and the things i need...

I like 180gr Sierras and IMR or H4350 in it.

Recoil is a bit stout, but it shoots really well.

You will need to trim after the first firing, and 7.62x54R has so big a rim, some trimmers can not handle it.

Other than that, the cartridge seems to have no traps for the unwary.

LE Wilson trimmer should have no problem with it. Good tool, and less expensive than most. Midway, Bruno, and Sinclair all carry it, among others.
