I want to start reloadin 7.62X54R
im a total newb with reloading ...i really want to get a kit to reload ammo for my mosin nagant....can anyone tell me how to start and the things i need...

I like 180gr Sierras and IMR or H4350 in it.
Recoil is a bit stout, but it shoots really well.
You will need to trim after the first firing, and 7.62x54R has so big a rim, some trimmers can not handle it. Other than that, the cartridge seems to have no traps for the unwary. CDD |

LE Wilson trimmer should have no problem with it. Good tool, and less expensive than most. Midway, Bruno, and Sinclair all carry it, among others.
