Need re-loading data

I am currently using Titegroup powder. I am loading 40S&W with a 155gr. cast lead bullet and using 4.8 grains of powder. My question is, is this a recipe for disaster or is this a safe load. I cannot find any data with regards to this bullet wt. in lead.

I don't load 40S&W but here are some I got off the Handloads.com.

LSWC 4.5 gr Titegroup Unknown 1.135" CCI SP guest
Snappy load with good accuracy for punching paper targets. Cycled my XD-40 Sub Compact with no problems at all. Bullets are from Wideners.

LSWC 4.3 gr Titegroup Unknown Win SP guest
I saw a Titegroup load of 4.5 gr from Bouncemail on this website. My Lee Turret would only drop 4.3 gr and I tried that and liked it. It works fine for IDPA and just target shooting.

You can get it here:

What I do, I find a jacketed bullet of same weight and start at the lower end of the loading data and go from there. Many hard cast bullets can be loaded up to around 1,200 FPS without a problem.
I load 40 S&W using Hodgdon Longshot and go fairly fast and have had no problems with hard cast but I like and use 175gr and 180gr bullets, flat point and SWC.
Always be careful of reloading data from the web!
